Spacious apartment directly at the waterfront at the Spree

HOUSE:
The building with the name „The White“ was developed in cooperation with the Tchoban Voss architects. The round edges, the bright white and the rail-like balconies remind of a ship. The architecture suits the location of the building directly at the waterfront perfectly.

APARTMENT:
The apartment is very spacious and leaves no desires unfulfilled. You have an amazing view over the Spree from the open living room. The room is facing the water and the front is completely glassed. You can enjoy this stunning view from the large roofed outdoor lounge where you’ll find a lounger, a table with four chairs, a sofa and two armchairs. Or you’re enjoying the scenery while relaxing inside on the large designer couch. You can also slide open the balcony door and listen to the water and the boats floating by. There’s a projector on the ceiling in the living room and a large canvas, so you can enjoy a cozy movie night at home. You will find everything you need in the kitchen – even a wine refrigerator. There are two big double beds in the apartment. The beds are separated by glass walls from the rest of the apartment which makes the rooms almost feel like cabins on a ship. The two bedrooms are bright and friendly during the day thanks to the glass walls and sliding doors which makes it very easy to ventilate with fresh air. The rooms can also be used as a lounge where you can spend your time reading or working on the laptop. There are curtains surrounding the glass walls so you have privacy: A special curtain was installed inside the rooms for optimal, quiet acoustics and there is also another curtain that can be used for 100% darkening. There is a walk in shower and a big bathtub in the bathroom. There are also two sinks. You will find a separate toilet next to the entrance of the apartment. You will also have a large wardrobe in the hallway and a storage room.

There is an option to book a regular cleaning service for 300,-€.
The final cleaning costs 450,-€.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment!

AREA:
The apartment is located at the interface between three very different parts of the city: Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Treptow. You’ll be spoilt for choice on where to go for a drink, dinner or sight seeing. There is no private parking spot available. However, there are a few free parking spots available in front of the house.
