The residential building is not far from KaDeWe and Kurfürstendamm. The house was built in 1958 and due to regular modernization measures the building is in great condition. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator in the building.

There is a large selection of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. It never gets boring here and if you want to travel to another district, then the subway station is only a minute’s walk away.
